All our tenants will have full 24/7 access to our portal to make their busy days go a lot smoother. Tenants can use the portal to pay rent, report all needed repairs and have prompt communication with our staff members in regards to any and all concerns or issues they wish to discuss.

Instead of stressing in finding time to write a check and dropping it in the mail to avoid late payment....

all you have to do is get on our portal and with just a few press of buttons, transfer funds from your bank account to your landlord’s account in just a matter of minutes and go about your busy day without a care in the world.

Electronic Lease Renewal

All tenants are able to renew their lease electronically in just a matter of seconds on their smartphone or computer.

    Repair Notifications

    Our tenants will have full 24/7 access to our portal to report any and all needed repairs during their stay in any of our rental properties....

    these reports are taken very seriously and after communicating the needed repair with the homeowner, one of our staff members will then either email or call you to schedule a licensed vendor to visit your home to evaluate and appraise the needed repair and upon approval by the property owner, the vendor will schedule a time with our tenant to return for full repair of the defects or damages.

    Timely Communication With Our Responsive Staff

    Many tenants’ worst frustration is due to lack of response and communication by their property managers....

    Cook Group Property Management ensures all communications by our tenants are addressed within 24-48 hours without exception. This is only if the communication is of a non-emergency nature, however if the tenants are trying to contact us regarding an emergency, we have devoted a phone number for those time-sensitive issues. 

    24/7 Emergency Contact

    All tenants are provided with a 24/7 phone number to be used only during after-hours in cases of emergencies....

    such as major plumbing and gas pipes leak/breakage or electrical issues that can cause harm to the tenants or damage to the property and need immediate attention which cannot wait till the next business day. Once we are notified of such emergencies, we will then immediately dispatch one of our after-hours vendors to the location for speedy repair or a temporary fix. If the repair requires a part or services which may not be available during off hours., the temporary fix will ensure the tenants will remain safe and no further damage is done to the property or tenants’ furniture or belongings until a permanent fix/repair is performed.

    Quarterly Property Inspection

    Although most people think a quarterly inspection is solely for the homeowners’ benefit....

    this couldn’t be further from the truth. A quarterly inspection benefits both the tenants and the homeowners alike. This is when our expert inspection staff makes sure the entire house is in sound functioning condition and check to ensure nothing within the property is posing any harm or damage to the tenants or the property. After each quarterly inspection, a full report with photos are then placed in our owners’ portal for them to review and if any repairs are needed, to allow us to initiate the repair immediately with one of our licensed vendors before a small issue becomes a much bigger one.
